The project’s scope encompasses meticulous space planning to meet both current and future requirements, adhering to the latest building codes. Notably, the absence of an elevator in the current structure necessitates its installation, involving excavation, footings, shaft, cab, and integration with the facility.
Structural enhancements include a small, one-story addition, reinforcing existing footings, and steel tube columns. External upgrades feature a new standing seam metal roof and the replacement of all storefront windows and glazing.
